I have been trying to implement a bmp entity bean and encountering various exceptions. I read many messages in the forum but got confused more and more.

My jdbc driver is in the default\lib directory.I am trying to reach a mySql datasource from my bean.

I tried many alternatives, and here is the last one and the error I see in the server window:
