does anyone have some *actual* quick-start notes that they may have scribbled somewhere. I could really use them to get up and running. I'm new to all this.

they should have called the quick start guide the "slow" start guide :( I've spent a lot of time trying to make sense of it and I feel like I'm more confused than before I started reading it.

I'm serious about the notes. Does anyone have some? I could really use some tips on getting started.
