Upgrade from Jboss 2.4 to Jboss 4.0

Hi,
I'm triyng to run a J2EE app developed under JBoss 2.4 on Jboss 4.0. After some settings it works but now I have a problem with queries:
javax.ejb.FinderException: Unknown query

Can I use queries wich are in jaws.xml or have I to rewrite all queries in ejb-jar.xml?

sorry, in a better way:

I am migrating from JBoss 2.4 to 4.0.5. All my entity beans were working fine with jaws.xml under JBoss 2.4. Now when i try to deploy the same beans under JBoss 4.0.5 the deployment does not give any error but when i try to invoke any finder method it gives "javax.ejb.FinderException: Unknown query".
