[Problem]access fail if proxy setting existed!

    jason Newbie

I encounter a problem when deploying a web services (via axis created as war) on jboss2.4.4-tomcat4.0.1. it issue problem similar like "service not available. After reworking on it I found out the problem came from the jboss.jcml setting, there's config as below A) (so i set the true value to false or mark it as comment, then request will not go through proxy):
though I've solved that, but I do not know why. Hope anyone can tell me the reasons (or can I set the proxy for each applications indivisually?)
because I'm afraid that if 'A' application can't use proxy (like my web services), but 'B' needs. How to make them both to work?
      I appreciate any suggestions,
      sincerely.
