in my application (cti call center software) we have build in a client side server event listener with javascript.
this implementation runs not perfectly .. i have to search for an elegant solution with richfaces...

on a tomcat the cti implementation fires a callevent and on the client a ajax push or an pull submit a form when a event is calling on the server

i hope my simple english descirbe my problem.

who has an idea for this
