Repackage of TomcatService

Any objection to moving org.jboss.web.tomcat.service.deployers.TomcatService and ServiceMBean out of the 'deployers' subpackage and into org.jboss.web.tomcat.service? It's not a deployer any more.

Can we get rid of some of unused classes from the tomcat module? They only lead to confusion.

The tomcat deployer project should be cleaned up and the old classes dropped as part of the JBAS-5672 cleanup.
