There is bug on linux platform, Jboss creates a table for relationship between user and group instead of using the provided one. In order to have nukes working well, you have to explicitely fill the table jboss creates with the content of nuke_group_memberhsip.
The name of the generated table is :
GroupEJB_users_UserEJB_groups
