yes around september.
september is some time ago , by now...
Do you have some idea on how close the 1.0 date is?
around soon, it's not yet "duke nukem for ever" :-)
we have the forums and we are working :
o Noel is doing the multidb installshield
o I am fixing some stuff
Some news about the installshield :
I rebuilt the navigation to something "Struts inspired" simple framework (controller/forms/actions).
I'm working in Modules/Action/Statements navigation and selection that will be finished soon.
BTW Julien : is it possible to make each name of Actions and Statements unique after all setup.xml merging ? Yet I assumed that it isn't. My code is very dependent on how we decide to nest XML elements.
Soon too, I will be able to make available a first version that will just provide the SQL statements from selections. Thus some of you will be able to make comments.
Then I will focus in making automatic the datasource discovery and/or deployment (not sure yet).
Finally I will try to see how I can make Nukes deployment as easy as what we can see in PHP world.
Release must be done before the 15th of december, it's gonna smoke until there.
With the installshield you can do whatever you want, I trust you.
drop the deployment for now, it could be cool having that for the release.
Is there a product road map for nukes?
Could you tell us what is planned for the upcoming release?
you can expect :
.improved HTML module (done)
.plus all the other modules we already have.
