one change that is good and simple. when you use nukes, you have to create a directory called nukes : server/default/nukes

Nukes will scan this directory to deploy dependant components, like modules, themes, blocks.

this enable to solve the restart problem we had with nukes. And nukes components will be deployed after nukes is deployed
