Assigning New Users to Admin Group

In Nukes 1.1 RC3, I get an exception when I try to assign a new user to the admin group. I didn't include exception info since it is easy to reproduce.

I had to unassign the new user from the users group and then assign them to the admin group. Could this be done in 1 step rather than 2?
