Why the useless gap underneath datascroller? Image attached.

Has anyone noticed that rich:datascroller renders with a gap underneath it (around 5px to 10px big)?

It's the most annoying thing, especially when embedding it inside a rich:toolbar for example.

I have tried tweaking it's style attribute (trying things like padding-bottom, margin-bottom and height) but haven't managed to figure it out.

I am so fussy when it comes to small details such as these and I hope that someone can help me sort it out.

I have attached an image for your viewing pleasure.
