JBoss-IDE is no more shipped as a bundle. You must install it with the Eclipse install/update mananger. Download the following guide :
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/Install-1.2.2.pdf?download
It includes everything about installation/upgrade of JBoss-IDE inside Eclipse.

I'll try to follow instruction in file Install-1.2.2.pdf but failed, these complete task:
go to this menu:
Window->Open Perspective->Install/Update
in Install/Update perspective I create new Site Bookmark
add this value:
name: jboss-ide
url: http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates
the bookmark success created, but there are no tree view
after a while a message box appears with this message:
Unable to access "http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates".
Unable to access Site stream: "http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates" [http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates]
Unable to access Site stream: "http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates/site.xml" [http://jboss.sourceforge.net/jbosside/updates/site.xml]
what's wrong?
I used eclipse 2.1.1

The update site is hosted by SourceForge, which frequently upgrades its site. This can lead to outage and the problem you described.
If you encounter this problem another time, just check if SourceForge.net is available.
