Downloaded the JBoss 4.0.0 Getting Started Guide with Code.

The Source code has missing XML link files like account-ejb.xml, etc. After searching through the J2EE tutorial sources, found them on the J2EE1.3 (not 1.4...) tutorial package.

- Can anyone provide a how-to as far as getting the Duke's Bank Application running ?
