JBoss on Windows Server 2003, with JDK 1.4.2_08 or newer

Does JBoss work with JDK 1.4.2_08 or JDK 1.5.0_02 on Windows Server 2003?

When I try it I get the following messages

All the files and directories are at the locations listed, and I'm using JBoss 4.0.1sp1, and Yes JAVA_HOME is set to "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_08"

      What am I missing?
