Anyone know where I can find the ECCN code for J2EE? Are there any erport regulations?
Who "owns" J2EE?

According to Sun (now Oracle) who to the best of my knowledge "owns" J2EE the ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) for J2EE is 5D992.b
