JBAS-3102 - UnifiedInvoker configuration into JBoss4.0 tests

I'm going to create a target into the testsuite using UnifiedInvokers as the distribution layer.

I don't know yet what tests to include. Probably I'm going to add a few ejb tests, and play around with JBossSerialization, and JavaSerialization, just to make sure the configuration works.

I don't know yet how we should add it to /examples and documentation about UnitifedInvokers on JBoss 4.0. As it's going to be final, we should add something about it on docs.

Think cts tests should be run with unified invoker config as think that covers most of the basic scenarios for ejb invocations.

Current doc for unified invoker is at http://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/unified_invoker/UnifiedInvoker_guide.html and http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Invokers. There are no formal docs related to JBossAS that I know of.
