ManagedObject tests failing

When I updated the deployers to the latest jboss-man and mc a couple
of tests have started failing.

I don't know who is to blame, but my guess would be that it was recent
changes to the factories in jboss-man since this test tries to override
an InstanceClassFactory.

Also, this looks completely wrong to me anyway.

This test is not testing anything in the deployers.

1) BeanInstanceClassFactory should be in jbossmc with the current
test in jbossmc
2) The deployment test should be deploying something and using the deployment api
to get the ManagedObject.

With the latest JBMAN-2 related changes all of the deployer tests are passing.
