help needed on JBoss and JBoss IDE

Hi

Am confused with the postings. Can anyone guide me to work with JBoss 4.0.x server and eclipse/ JBoss IDE ?

I downloaded eclipse 3.1.1 and updated WTP tools. And I have JBoss 4.0.3 AS.

Now how I can integrate eclipse with JBoss 4.0.3 AS and create EJB's with that?
