Hello,

we are trying to reduce the server http session size (statesaving=server).

It seems that information for a lot of pages is stored in org.ajax4jsf.application.AjaxStateManager.VIEW_STATES_MAP

We have tried setting com.sun.faces.numberOfViewsInSession (and numberOfLogicalViews) but it does not seem to have an effect with Richfaces 3.1.2sp1 (Sun 1.2_07-b03-FCS)

Is this a bug? Is there a way to reduce the session size?
