Server error when starting JBoss in Eclipse 3.2

When I start the JBoss server in Eclipse 3.2 I get the following error on numerous mbeans but here is just a sample:

[MainDeployer] Could not create deployment: file:/C:/server/jboss-4.0.4.GA/server/default/deploy/jboss-aop.deployer/
org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: Trying to install an already registered mbean: jboss.aop:service=AspectManager

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

My problem was that I had unzipped the .zip file into the same directory as when I doubled clicked the installer.jar file and put it in the same directory.

I whacked everything and started from scratch and everything came up successfully.
