3.2.0.GA loads resoruces from /a4j_3_2_0-SNAPSHOT

Hello!

Just got 3.2.0.GA from maven repository http://repository.jboss.com/maven2 and found it is still used /a4j_3_2_0-SNAPSHOT* urls to get resources.

It is not caused any problems - but seems SNAPSHOT should be changed to GA
