User authentication against the JBoss.org user database

1. Log into the Maven Repository Test Plan - Test Configuration using JBoss.org credentials.
2. Verify that the user is authenticated and has access to view the list of repositories and to see the staging repository.

You should see the following repositories (Public Repositories, Staging, JBoss Releases - Proxy, JBoss Releases - SVN, Maven Central, Releases, and Snapshots.
