You did not use search

Those of us that spend a lot of time on the forums know when something is already answered. The chances are that we were the one that answered it before. This is the most common reason for not getting an answer.

You would be surprised how many times a question will be asked while there is an ongoing thread in the same forum about the same issue.

This also shows that you are only in the forums to take. If you made an attempt to help others, you would likely have found the duplicate question.

We are not going to use the search function for you.
