JBUG Scotland

The next JBoss User Group (JBUG) Scotland event will be held on Wednesday 8th May. The event is free to attend and will bring together a group of people with a common interest in Enterprise Java Middleware and JBoss software.

 

This is the second in a series of events that will give the JBoss community in Scotland the chance to meet in an informal atmosphere, discuss a wide variety of topics and share their experience.


Programme & Timings
Speaker, Mark Little (VP Engineering, Red Hat) will discuss the following: Red Hat Platform Strategy including Deep Dives on EAP, EWS, JON & OpenShift; this will be followed by a Q&A discussion session with Mark and some ‘Lightning Sessions’ (10 mins max) on specialist topics.

Programme
The programme will run from 5pm to 8pm, followed by complimentary buffet, beer and soft drinks.

Come along and join us for the first JBoss User Group (JBUG) Scotland event on Thursday 7th March. The event is free to attend and will bring together a group of people with a common interest in JBoss software.

This is the first in a series of events that we will host in order to give the community of JBoss users in Scotland the chance to meet in an informal atmosphere, discuss a wide variety of topics and share their experience.

 

Programme & Timings

Speaker, Mark Little (VP Engineering, Red Hat) will give an introduction to the Middleware portfolio, including acquisition, updates, new products etc. followed by a general discussion session. The  programme will run from 3pm to 5pm, followed by complimentary beer, soft drinks and pizza.
