What is classpath to compile session bean?

I'm trying to compile a simple example I found at http://web.pdx.edu/~suratman/ejb/examples.html

He references an ejb.jar in the classpath. However, JBoss V3 does not have such a file. How to I compile the session bean .java file?

Incidently, where is the documentation on such things like deployment descriptors and class paths and how to to startup the server (do you always use "-c all"? I just downloaded jboss-4.0.0alpha_tomcat-4.0.4 and the "-c all" trick does not work).

I read the first chapter in Andreas's getting started and did not find such information.

see jboss-j2ee.jar in the client/ dir of your distribution

Deployment descriptors are documented either in their corresponding specifications (ejb, servlet, etc) or as part of the DTD's under the docs/ dir of your distribution.

If you don't specify '-c' then 'default' configuration will be used when you start JBoss.

jboss-j2ee.jar is the jar you want.

"-c all" works for me in 4.0?
