Instance pooling - anyway to flush instances

Is there anyway to flush instances from the pool in JBoss 2.4.4?

Reason - I using BMP. Doing unit testing I need to load in some test data directly into the Database.

I've found however, after deleting, then loading in the data, some prior entity instances still seem to be in the instance pool.

Seems to be releated to this thread http://www.jboss.org/modules/bb/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=forums/ have been getting the problem INSERTING AN ALREADY EXISITNG BEAN.

I've tried setting to COMMIT OPTION C, but still receive the error
