I am using JBOSS 2.4.1 on Solaris, I have two entity beans each including their specific jboss.xml, jaws.xml and ejb-jar.xml files. When both are deployed together they both seem to get verified using the same JNDI name and obviously the second fails.
When I switch to an NT server and deploy both beans again they work fine.
