You have a method on the entity that throws
a RuntimeException. By spec, this removes
the entity from the cache.
JBoss allows you to flush the whole cache,
either through the MBean interface or using
commit-option D.
You can always extend the cache implementation
to provide an invalidation mechanism,
e.g. the clustered cache invalidation
