Provider for javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory cannot b

Hi,

I try to use jBoss 3.2 from a java application client. The client needs to write xml document to a disk. I got an error:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError: Provider for javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory cannot be found

Where can I get an provider and how to set it up?
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

JBoss uses xerces, you'll find the jars
in ${jboss_home}/lib

Thanks for your reply. But I can not find xcerces.jar. I do find xcercesImpl.jar and put it on the CLASSPATH. But I still get this error.

What should I do?

The javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory is in the xalan.jar in your <JBOSS_HOME>/server//lib directory.
