ServiceLocator and NoSuchObject Exception

Hi all, i build a simple application based on ServiceLocator to centralized the objects lookup, and the application seem to be very good until, jboss decides to passivate my application Session Stateful Object. After that for each request jboss throws a NoSuchObject Exception.
The ServiceLocator is like Sun /pattern.
Are there some strange reasons or rules it doesn't work?
Sombody have utilized it?

My guess is that it failed to passivate the session bean
for some reason?
