Is it the normal text editor or is it the structured one we provide ? -

When I choose Preferences->Editors->File Associations: eq. associated editors for *.xhtml are: Web Page Editor, rad Hat Html Editor,Html editor and Text Editor, but associated editors for *.properties are: Red Hat Properties Editor, Properites file Editor (locked by 'Java Properties File' content type), Text Editor (locked by 'Java Properties File' content type) -

What if you use the normal plain text editor ? you can test that by using Open With ... in the right click menu of the file.
Would be great to know if it is our integration of the text editor that is buggy or its the text editor from eclipse it self -

maxandersen Oct 17, 2007 4:17 AM (in response to ivan.tufegdzic)ah so this is actually a bug in eclipse. I recommend you open a bug in their bugzilla (http://bugs.eclipse.org) about their standalone text editor and post the bugid link here.
