Accessing an EJB on WebLogic

Hi Folks,

Could some one tell me how I can invoke an EJB Component deployed on Weblogic App Server, from an EJB on JBoss?

Also, I am not sure if I should get the Initial/JNDI Context using the JBoss specific properties or the Weblogic properties.

I would imagine this is not possible, but i could be wrong. You would need the Weblogic client libraries in JBoss but how do you tell JBoss to use it, one way to do it is if you know the Weblogic implementation of J2EE interfaces, but that is not standard compliant.

It should be just like looking it up from a standalone client. So you have to use the weblogic jndi properties just as you do with a standalone client.

What's the mechanics that enables this ? Does that mean you can use the JBoss jnp client libraries to connect to Weblogic JNDI ?
