1. Re: Problem with MDB which uses JNI and raw sockets
starksm64 Jul 11, 2004 10:36 AM (in response to walkman)Create a bug report on sourceforge with the jni code and example as this would require debugging into the c/c++ layer to see what might be going on.

3. Re: Problem with MDB which uses JNI and raw sockets
dev2gosoft Jul 11, 2004 1:03 PM (in response to walkman)However one could isolate the access of JNI functionality in a wrapper RMI object and then an MDB could become a client to the RMI object and access the jni functionality directly...
Scott? can u help us if I am wrong...
thanks in advance -

5. Re: Problem with MDB which uses JNI and raw sockets
walkman Jul 12, 2004 12:09 PM (in response to walkman)Actually our program is more complicated then what we described. We tried to isolate the part we described before so we can submit a bug report. In this new code there are no crashes but using ethereal we can see that nothing is going out. when we tried to debug the "c" code using printf() commands we couldn't see the output and sometimes the jboss crashed.
We will submit the bug report anyway.
Thanx
