JPA Deployer

Since we're going to have JPA out of the box but not ejbs,
the JPA deployer needs to be seperated from the ejb3.deployer
for ease of configuration.

I'm working with jobss 5.1.0.GA, and also ran into this snag.

Workaround is to go into the ejb3.deployer/META-INF/ and remove the not-needed ejb3 deployer, but leave the jpa deployer (for anyone else trying to manually make their own web profile).
