Hi,

I had a similar problem with a similar solution. Instead, I deleted the deployed folder for my app under the tmp folder and it seemed to work.

I also found that sometimes redeploy blows up after several redeploys. The error seems to indicate it cannot create a zip file or something (I will need to look at the logs).
