    Apache Cocoon + JBoss3?

    sheepe

Anyone can help me out with a quick tutorial on deploying Cocoon into the JBoss3+Jetty bundle? I managed to drop Cocoon into JBoss2+Tomcat earlier, but failed dealing with Jetty and RH..

      Thanks,
      Christopher

How is Cocoon shipped - as a WAR, JAR or...?

You could try jetty-discuss@yahoogroups.com with this. Someone there is bound to have got Cocoon up and running in Jetty.

One thing to watch out for. Standalone Jetty uses the jetty.xml config file (inside the .sar). Integrated Jetty may still use this, but is intended for use with JBoss' deployment infrastructure. So you should really be looking to somehow war-ify Cocoon, if no-one has already done so.

As I know, Cocoon2 requires Xerces >= 1.4.3. JBoss is using Crimson by default. Try to reconfigure JAXP parameters.
