DTD Specification

Dear everyone,
I got only one doubt,if anybody knows this pls reply me.It's a request.Does JBoss support 1.2 DTD specification.So,far i have worked on all versions,and i came to know it is not supporting.I just want to confirm.Plz respond.

This is my TLD(Tag Library Descriptor) file.The underlined portion tells abt the DTD specification.Instead of that if i use the below doctype,TLD file is not getting parsed.It says Taglib is not declared.So i want to confirm.Pls let me know whether it supports 1.2.
