I read some instructions on how to get Tomcat 4.0 to run in standalone mode, without requiring Apache. I am currently using JBoss Jetty and one of the main reasons I use this combo is because it is easier to configure and work with and it is supposedly faster then letting Apache front http. Does the out of the box JBoss 3.0 RC2 contain an integrated Tomcat that will run in stand alone mode without having to twiddle several startup files and config files?
