Use annotations for reliable messagng

Are there any annotations to enable reliable messaging? I have a wsdl file which I am maintaining and the only difference seems to be the inclusion of

definitions/Policy/ExactlyOne/ALL/RMAssertion

In the wsdl file. It would be nice to enable it via an annotation and not have to carry the wsdl file.

Thanks. So best practice is to use the @Policy and bring in a subset of the wsdl that way?
