Struts slowwwwwwwww !!!!!

Hi all:
I have a Struts web-app that runs great in a standalone Tomcat 4.0.1 (in fact it smokes) . The same app on either JBoss 3.0-Tomcat4 or JBoss 2.4.4-Tomcat4 runs ridiculously Slowwwwww.

It is basically a bare bones Struts app. with no data base, ejb-bean, or backend interaction at this time.

It is as if the JSP's are being compiled for every request, even though they have not changed and reloading is set to false.

Any ideas???

The answer to this post is to upgrade to JBoss 3.0.1- Tomcat-4.0.4 RC1.
