joelvogt Aug 7, 2002 5:59 AM (in response to chrigri)well I can help by saying I don't seem to have had this problem.
Are you getting any sort of error message in your logs that looks out of place? -
3. Re: CrossContext does not work in JBoss-2.4.7_Tomcat-4.0.4
chrigri Aug 7, 2002 7:20 AM (in response to chrigri)Thanks for your reply.
I recieve no error messages.
And this is the code in my jsp:
<%@ page import="javax.*" %>
<%
final String moduleName="/treeview";
final String url="/treeviewFrame.jsp";
RequestDispatcher disp = getServletConfig().getServletContext().getContext(moduleName).getRequestDispatcher(url);
disp.forward(request, response);
%>
It seams that the getContext(moduleName) returns "".
This code works in JBoss-2.4.6_Tomcat-4.0.3 but not in JBoss-2.4.7_Tomcat-4.0.4...
Can i ask how you have configured the EmbeddedCatalinaSX mbean in jboss.jcml?
Thanks.

5. Re: CrossContext does not work in JBoss-2.4.7_Tomcat-4.0.4
kkttt Jan 7, 2003 12:20 AM (in response to chrigri)The bug is present in Tomcat 4.1.12 again, is there a way to remove the Tomcat packaged with JBoss and use another version of Tomcat?
Or is it possible to install JBoss without Tomcat and run it with another version of Tomcat?
Thanks. -
