not able to access jnlp file

Error 404 http://localhost:8080/testjnlp/simpletest.jnlp

I am trying to use java webstart, i want to deploy a jnlp file.

I wrapped the jar files and also the simpletest.jnlp file in the war file .

i sarted jboss server it says deployed my war file and also sets the context. But when i brows for jnlp file i get the error.
Error 404 http://localhost:8080/testjnlp/simpletest.jnlp

don't know what 'm i missing,
please help me.

I want can't access the index.html page even can any one tell what am i missing?
