image caching problems

Hi. We are using JBoss 3.0 w/ Tomcat on Linux and are having some strange problems with image caching. Even after replacing the old graphic, deploying a new build, deleting everything in the catalina dir, & deleteing all our cached internet files, we are still seeing the old image sometimes. We see the new image part of the time & we see the old image part of the time. This behavior is the same whether we are using IE, Netscape, or Mozilla.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I am seeing this as well, although I have not cleared
out all the tmp files etc, I was going to bounce the server (not good) to see if it solves the problem.

We only see old images appear in certain circumstances e.g
user attempts a login with incorrect password, very odd.
