Strange: Loosing welcome page

Hi,

I have a strange problem. I have left jboss running on the server for weeks now. Every couple of days, when i hit the website, e.g http://localhost:8080 instead of seeing index.jsp, I get a directory listing shoing the contents of the war where i have to manually click index.jsp to view the welcome page.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
