Accessing files inside war file of ear file

Hi,
I have a .jasper report file sitting in WEB-INF/classes folder of a war file, and the war file is packaged in a EAR file.
I would like to access the .jasper file from one of the Action classes inside the application.

Please could someone tell me how this can be done.
