jboss-web nested depends does not seem effective

In 3.2.(3|4) this seems not to be used during the deployment to add the required dependencies from the web container
to the target MBean.

WebMetaData#getDepends is not used anywhere (unless I miss something)

Only jboss-service.xml supports embedded depends. Only 3.2.4 final supports the jboss-web.xml depends at all, but this can only be the object name. The mbean has to be defined externally.

ok, I did not look very deeply for 3.2.4 though

the embeded depends is not really used except by some JCA config as far as I remember.
