1. Re: class accessibility/visiibility from JBoss <config-type>
skondam Jul 26, 2004 2:31 PM (in response to cpaul_it)The answer is in you question itself. Copy the jar to [JBoss-install]/[config-type]/lib directory and deploy your web app as usual.

2. Re: class accessibility/visiibility from JBoss <config-type>
cpaul_it Jul 26, 2004 2:44 PM (in response to cpaul_it)The last time we tried just putting them in the JBOSS/[config-type]/lib directory, we experienced class not found errors (from the .war). The J2EE side had complete visibility to these files.

4. Re: class accessibility/visiibility from JBoss <config-type>
cpaul_it Jul 26, 2004 3:28 PM (in response to cpaul_it)I think we were having some other config issue on the dev machine where we were having this problem. We just barely, on another dev machine, removed the Crystal jars from the WEB-INF/lib directory and put them in the JBOSS/[config-type]/lib directory, and we had no problems.
