I am trying to upgrade from JBOSS 3.0 to 4.0. I have several pages in Russian, and all the Russian characters in the "<% include" files are displayed as "????????". I didn't have this problem in JBOSS 3.0, WebSphere also works fine. Did someone have the same problem with the "include" file containing foreign characters?
I am using "windows-1251" as an encoding.
