Restarting Tomcat

I can't find the right combination to restart Tomcat without restarting JBoss, I've been poking at various MBeans but nothing seems to do it. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Has anyone been able to answer this question? We've had occassional issues where http request threads would hang. It'd be nice to stop and start Tomcat without having to restart everything else.
