jndi override WEB-INF/web.xml

How can I override the jndi env-entry values in my war file's WEB-INF/web.xml file? I want to do this so we can deploy a new war file and not have to change values in the web.xml file every time.

Tomcat standalone allows this through a context file in the conf\Catalina\localhost directory. Is there a way to do this using the Tomcat within JBoss?

I'm running JBoss 4.0.2.
